Our Center

The Center for Procedural Skills and Simulation at the University of Iowa Healthcare system provides opportunity for students and clinical caregivers to learn both new skills and train on existing skills in a state-of-the-art simulation center. Here we create a rich environment for all levels of learner to experience real life scenarios in safe educational spaces.

Our center supports our school of medicine, the surgical resident program and all UIHC clinical providers, to support and promote interdisciplinary education. Our professors take a hands-on approach when overseeing our simulations, providing real time direction and education.
