Complete injury evaluation

A thorough evaluation of your injury is the first step in getting you back to the sport you love. Our team of sports medicine experts provides evaluation services designed to diagnose your injury, fully understand the cause of your injury, and help you prevent a recurrence. This can include:

  • Extensive evaluation of your injury, including diagnostic musculoskeletal ultrasound
  • Detailed review of your history of training and endurance activities
  • Review of your equipment

When rest is not an option

For the high-performing endurance athlete, rest after an injury is not always an option. We use our expertise in rehabilitation and return-to-sport protocols to keep you on track, safely.

Postpartum return to endurance sports

UI Sports Medicine offers comprehensive specialty care for female athletes, including an emphasis on the role that fitness plays not only in a healthy pregnancy, but also in optimizing your recovery and your return to training and competing.

Nonsurgical treatments

Our nonoperational treatments are less invasive and minimize the chances of prolonged downtime. They include:

  • Regenerative medicine, including PRP and MFAT
