Going to college is one of the most exciting and scary times of many people's lives. It is a time when most young adults are away from home and living on their own for the very first time. This can be a difficult time for some students. Many of these students have a lot of questions that need to be answered while they are away at school and sometimes they may be too afraid or nervous to call home to ask for an answer.
We have put together the College Health Tips book in order to answer these questions for them. The articles in this book range from topics such as how to manage anxiety and depression while in college to what a pap smear is. These articles can be beneficial for parents as well.
