Tanya chose “only the best” when trying to conceive

As an employee of University of Iowa Health Care, Tanya Van Voorst was aware of the infertility services available to her. 

“I knew I would choose only the best to help my husband and me conceive,” says Tanya, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

Tanya tried to get pregnant for more than two years before scheduling an appointment with the reproductive endocrinology and infertility team.

“Dr. Craig Syrop was patient and walked us through all the steps,” she remembers.

After a long and emotional journey, Tanya became pregnant with their daughter.

“I cannot say enough amazing things about Dr. Syrop. Because of him our beautiful daughter is here,” Tanya says. “The rest of the staff was amazing as well.”
