Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1½  lb. fingerling potatoes, washed and cut in half lengthwise
  • 6 cloves garlic, diced
  • 3 sprigs (1 Tbs.) fresh rosemary
  • 2 Tbs. extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ tsp. kosher salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Place all ingredients on sheet pan and stir together. Roast potatoes for 20 minutes or until tender.
