Roasted Spaghetti Squash

  • 1 spaghetti squash, halved lengthwise, seed removed
  • 1/2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 sprig fresh thyme
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • ½ tsp. salt


Brush cut sides of squash with oil. Place squash cut sides down on sheet pan. Roast in oven for 45 minutes or until tender at 400 degrees.

Scrap squash with fork to remove flesh.

Place flesh in large bowl, add honey, salt, and fresh thyme. Toss.
