Kathryn Marchetti, MD is an adult urologic oncologist who specializes in treating patients with cancer. She treats patients with cancers of the urinary system including bladder cancer, prostate cancer, and kidney cancer, among others. She is an expert at treating these conditions through robotic and open surgeries, with procedures such as radical cystectomy, robotic prostatectomy using Retzius-sparing technique, and nephrectomy.
She is actively involved in research involving bladder cancer and improving the way patients navigate cancer treatment and survivorship through technology.
Dr. Marchetti received her medical degree from the University of Michigan, where she also completed her residency. She completed a fellowship in urologic oncology at the Society of Urologic Oncology at the University of Pittsburgh.
