Jim's aggressive cancer had a tumor likely to spread to other areas of his body. His urologist discussed the procedure and told Jim the treatment would be equally aggressive.
“He scheduled my surgery earlier than normal and then moved it up a week. Needless to say, I was very pleased.”
Jim’s surgeon brought in a second surgical specialist to see that Jim’s bladder and nearby lymph nodes were free from cancer. Back at home, Jim contacted the hospital two nights in a row at 2 a.m. with questions.
