A RESIDENT CAME IN AND ANSWERED ALL QUESTIONS AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING WELL PLUS SHOWED US FILMS TO HELP BETTER UNDERSTAND WHAT WAS GOING ON TO STAFF AND FAMILY. THE DOCTOR CAME IN AFTER AND STARTED TO EXPLAIN EVERYTHING THE RESIDENT WENT OVER WHICH WAS STRESSFUL ON THE FAMILY. I THINK THEY SHOULD HAVE SPOKEN TO EACH OTHER ABOUT WHAT EACH OTHER WAS GOING TO COVER BEFORE COMING IN. HOWEVER BOTH WERE VERY REPECTFUL AND HELPFUL.

My visit with Dr. Howe for a second opinion exceeded all of my expectations. Dr. Howe is friendly, easy to talk to, and thorough. He took the time to review and discuss my entire case and diagnosis with me and with my wife. He answered all questions and he described treatment options (including risks/pros/cons/etc.) in an easy to understand manner which led to a high degree of trust.
