Across the Great Divide

A swarm of brightly colored hummingbirds flies across this artwork. Their colors seem to flow out behind them as if they are moving too quickly to be seen as anything but a blur. This artist was inspired by the freedom and beauty of birds. Cultures throughout history have also been inspired by the hummingbird, some viewing them as spiritual, and others considering them as symbols of hope, joy, and courage.
