UI Consult provides a toll-free referral and consultation service 24 hours a day. Our staff is trained to help you make contact as quickly as possible.

How can UI Consult help you?

On-call physicians are available for each clinical department 24 hours a day. If you need to speak with a physician not on call, our staff will make every effort to connect you as quickly as possible.

Our staff is also available to help facilitate connecting you to the office or staff to meet your needs with:

• Appointments
• Medical records
• Consultations with your patient's specialist

To help expedite your request, please have the following information available:

• Caller's name and affiliation
• Town/city
• Department or physician with whom you want to speak
• A brief description of the nature of your request
• Patient's name and demographics
