Le Depart

In English, le depart means "the departure," and perhaps this horse is staring calmly into the distance before beginning a long journey. A loose wreath of flowers, leaves, and twigs adorns the horse’s strong back while tiny songbirds and a bird of prey exist happily side by side among the greenery. Will the horse go alone, or will his avian friends accompany him on his adventure?
