- Augmentative Communication Service (AAC)
- Identifies new or better ways to communicate.
- Attention Deficit Disorder Service (ADD)
- Works with people with ADD/ADHD.
- Adult Services (ADS)
- Serves adults with disabilities.
- Bowel and Bladder Management Service (BBM)
- Helps people with bowel and bladder disorders.
- Biobehavior Service (BBS)
- Works with people who have such behavior disorders as tantrums, aggression, and self-injury.
- Behavioral/Emotional Evaluation (BEE)
- Evaluates emotions and their affect on behavior.
- Computer Access (CAE)
- Identifies useful hardware and software for people with disabilities; explores ways to use the computer.
- Comprehensive Developmental Evaluation (CDE)
- Evaluates physical, mental, and emotional development.
- Disability Resource Library (DRL)
- A lending library of materials on disabilities. Free to people with disabilities and their families.
- Down Syndrome Service (DWS)
- Serves people with Down syndrome.
- Evaluation (EVAL)
- Identifying a person’s skills, strengths, and weaknesses.
- Feeding and Growth Management Service (FGM)
- Works with people who have concerns about nutrition, eating, and growth.
- Cognitive Evaluation (COG)
- Evaluates ability to think and reason.
- Iowa Communication Network (ICN)
- Technology we use to provide health care over long distances.
- Inpatient services (IP)
- Through hospitalization, serves people who have needs too complex for outpatient care.
- Myelodysplasia Service (MDC)
- Serves people with spina bifida and other spinal cord disorders.
- Medical Services (MED)
- Provides medical services.
- Motor Evaluation Service (MOT)
- Evaluates coordination and ability to move about.
- Neuropsychology evaluation (NRP)
- Evaluates the brain and nervous system, and their effect on thinking and behavior.
- Outpatient Services (OP)
- Serve people who do not need hospital care.
- Pediatric Brain Injury Service (PBI)
- Evaluates and treats children with brain injury.
- Pediatric Dentistry (PED)
- Dental care for children and young adults with disabilities.
- Pediatric Sleep Clinic (PSC)
- Works with children and adolescents who have sleep disorders.
- Postural Support Services (PSS)
- Create systems that provide good postural support.
- Prader-Willi Syndrome Service (PWS)
- Serves people with Prader-Willi syndrome.
- Recreation Service (REC)
- Works with people to meet their recreation needs.
- School-based Consultation Service (SCS)
- Works with local school teams and other local providers to help children in school.
- Speech/Language/Hearing Service (SLH)
- Evaluates speech, language, and hearing abilities. Then recommends treatment.
- Theraplay Service (TPS)
- Teaches parents and children new ways to relate to each other.
