In-person class addresses comfort, relaxation, and breathing techniques, baby care, safety, parenting, and includes tour of the Family Birth Care Unit. Recommended for women in their last trimester of pregnancy and support person. A copy of INJOY Understanding Birth Guide book is included.

A one session class taught by a certified lactation consultant. Recommended prior to delivery. A support person is welcome to attend at no cost.
