Crystal Ball was nervous about her scheduled procedure, but the surgical team with University of Iowa Health Care quickly put her mind at ease. They thoroughly answered all of her questions in advance and explained the procedure.
"Dr Eyup Duran has a wonderful bedside manner and is very thorough. He let me know the risks,” says Crystal, of Keokuk, Iowa. “I would recommend him to anyone going to the Women’s Health Center at UI Health Care.”
The day of her surgery, she was greeted with smiles and encouragement.
“Everyone was very accommodating, polite, and compassionate. My nurse, Kathy, was great. Everybody was very professional, and my discharge nurse even wheeled me to my car,” Crystal says.
“I had a great experience with the whole team. They made my day go as smoothly as possible considering the circumstance.”
