Through our Professional Recognition Program our nurses have the opportunity to achieve professional growth, receive pay incentives for advancement on the clinical ladder, and achieve specialty certification.
Our program compensates RNs who consistently go "above and beyond," with such activities as:
Precepting new nurses and nursing students
Engaging in quality improvement and evidence-based practice projects
Participating on committees and councils
Promoting service excellence
Demonstrating involvement in professional activities
Eligible nurses will develop, maintain, and submit a portfolio of their professional achievements and contributions for annual review. Compensation will be awarded at Entry, Level 1, and Level 2, annually.
