I became a physician in Japan and specialized in anesthesiology. After that, I obtained a PhD through research on the mechanisms of postoperative pain. Subsequently, I continued my research on postoperative pain as a postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Anesthesia at University of Iowa. Now, I am returning to this department as a clinician. I am eager to work hard and contribute to the well-being of patients.
