The attention to detail that Dr. Karnell has given to me over the years, I do not receive that from my doctor in [location]. I believe that her attention to the smallest thing saved me from needing invasive skin cancer treatment in a very nasty area of my body, it was caught so early I was able to treat it topically and did not miss one day of work. 5 years without cancer returning. Worth the drive.

This was an extremely sensitive visit (pregnancy loss) and my nurse practitioner handled it with exceptional sensitivity. My only complaint is that the staff kind of ignored my poor husband, and since this visit related to a desired pregnancy, it did impact him a LOT.

I didn't get a chance to address the excellence and sensitivity of the ultrasonographer at my visit. She was extremely professional, expert, and kind and sensitive. I also had a great experience with the rooming staff and my nurse practitioner. I would be delighted to receive care from them again in the future.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Jessica Baer Karnell. I was incredibly sick with morning sickness and she listened to the treatments I have already tried in addition to what worked and didn't work with my first pregnancy. She validated my experience and never questioned if I was really as sick as I was. She allowed me to advocate for myself and supported my desires. She reassured me that my pregnancy was okay even if I was not able to eat as much as I normally am.

I had an overwhelmingly positive experience with this provider - I felt like all of her attention was on me during the appointment, and like she gave me all the time we needed to discuss everything and do the exam. It was VERY heartening to have this level of focus and care compared to my normal primary care provider who always seems like she is about to head out the door to another appointment, even if she's only talked to me for 30 seconds.

I saw Jessica Baer Karnell and she was the most wonderful provider I have ever met. It was my first ever gynecology visit and she took time to listen to what I had to say. What I appreciated the most was her explaining in detail what she was going to do as part of the exam. I was so so anxious but knowing what she was doing and being able to see the speculum was so helpful. I loved her inclusive language ("partner") and the way she directly told me I was in control and she would stop at any time if I needed her to. I felt in control and empowered by her and would recommend her to everyone. Truly could not have asked for a better experience.

This was my first appointment and I would recommend her to any female needing help. She was able to take a 2 second look after listening to me throughly and could diagnose right away and explained it very well!!!
