Evening and weekend well-child appointments are available this summer to help you get those back-to-school checkups, immunizations, and clearance for sports off your to-do list.
A well-child check is a full annual physical, with review and clearance of school, daycare, and sports physical paperwork, if needed.
New patients are welcome. Parents or guardians of new patients are strongly encouraged to bring a copy of the child's immunization history to the appointment.
For your safety, be sure you’re prepared before you come for your visit
