It is extremely rewarding being a member of the NICU team at the University of Iowa Stead Family Children's Hospital. There's gratification in being an advocate for our infants and their families during their journey, from the difficult times to the successes. There is nothing more satisfying as a neonatal nurse practitioner than being a part of the blessings and miracles occurring daily with our tiny patients.
