Pan-Seared Rainbow Trout

  • 1 rainbow trout fillet
  • 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1⁄2 lemon


In a skillet, sear trout with 1 Tbsp olive oil on skin side. Turn over when fish starts to turn white around perimeter. Flip over and cook until cooked through. Squeeze lemon juice over fish.
