Slow Cooked Cabbage and Onions

Ingredients

  • 1 small head of cabbage (shredded)
  • 2 medium onions (sliced)
  • ½ tsp. kosher salt
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • ½ C water

Directions

In a skillet, heat olive oil and add onions. Cook a few minutes until onions are translucent. Add cabbage, ½ cup water, and salt. Cook at low heat until cabbage is tender.
