As Associate Chief Nursing Officer, Greg Kingsley-Mota supports nursing practices, strategic planning, and patient care standards across the University of Iowa Health Care system.
Kingsley-Mota joined UI Health Care in 2025 with more than 30 years of progressive nursing and health care leadership experience across complex academic medical centers. His proven successes include leading enterprise nursing operations, workforce strategy, patient flow, quality outcomes, fiscal stewardship, and operational transformation.
Kingsley-Mota is a member of the American Organization for Nursing Leadership (AONL) and the American Nurses Association (ANA) professional organizations. He received his master’s degree in nursing leadership and management from Walden University. Kingsley-Mota went on to earn his Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from Capella University.
