Why University of Iowa Health Care

I was drawn to the University of Iowa Health Care because of the extensive and growing pharmacy presence in ambulatory care! There are so many specialty clinics incorporated within Iowa's healthcare system, and I knew that I would have the opportunity to work in a wide variety of clinical areas. I'm also excited for the opportunity to teach and precept students through the PEPPR program! Iowa City has always felt like home to me, and I knew that this was a place where I could thrive as a new pharmacist!
