I enjoy caring for patients when they need us most. Acute care surgery often begins unexpectedly, and I strive to help patients and families feel informed, supported, and confident throughout their care. I joined University of Iowa Health Care because of its outstanding culture of teamwork, innovation, and dedication to improving the health of Iowans. It is a privilege to work alongside colleagues who continually push the boundaries of patient care, education, and research. Every patient deserves compassionate, personalized care, and I am honored to be part of that journey.
