This self assessment is not intended to be a substitute for a professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. If you have life-threatening symptoms, call 911 immediately. To use this tool, you must answer the following question:

Do you leak urine when you cough, sneeze, or laugh?
Do you experience leaking when you exercise, run, or jump?
Do you have sudden urges to urinate that make you run to the bathroom?
Do you empty your bladder before you can make it to the toilet or plan outings around the availability of bathrooms?
Do you urinate more than every two hours during the day?
Do you wake up three or more times at night to urinate?
Do you feel pressure or a bulge in your vagina?
