Will my insurance cover the cost of an IUD placement? 
This will depend on your insurance coverage, so it is important to review your individual insurance benefits. Regardless of your insurance coverage, our team will work with you to identify a financial agreement that best fits your needs.  

Is financing available for the cost of an IUD placement? 
UI Health Care has IUD package prices available for those with and without insurance coverage to help make IUDs affordable. IUD Package Price Quotation
Quotations for individualized IUD package rates (e.g. IUD option, procedure location, etc.) will be decided after a discussion of your goals with our care team and Financial Counselors. All fees are then carefully outlined in a personalized financial agreement for your reference and signature.

When is payment due? 
If your IUD coverage is not submitted to your insurance company, payment is due at the time services are rendered. 

What forms of payment are accepted? 
We accept personal and bank checks, and most major credit cards.
