About
John E. Femino, MD, is an orthopedic surgeon, certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery since 2000, who specializes in foot and ankle injuries and reconstruction. Dr. Femino joined us in 2005 after working at the University of Michigan Medical Center in Ann Arbor, Michigan since 1998.
His areas of clinical interest and research include sports injuries and trauma of the ankle and foot, ankle ligament instability, ankle arthritis, and deformity of the tibia, ankle, and hindfoot. He has been an active member of the American Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Society and the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons as well as other national, regional, and state medical societies.
He is dedicated to excellence in clinical care, education of the next generation of orthopedic specialists and medical students, and advancing orthopedic knowledge through research.
