North Dodge Pharmacy now open
Patients have a new neighborhood pharmacy to serve them at UI Health Care–North Dodge in Iowa City.
The new pharmacy can fill prescriptions for services from any UI Health Care location and from other area providers. It is convenient for picking up prescriptions following visits at UI Health Care–North Dodge itself.
The pharmacy is located just inside the entrance on the clinic building’s main floor at 1360 N. Dodge St. and is open Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The service, which opened July 2, is the 10th UI Health Care pharmacy available in Johnson County. Seven locations are found at UI Hospitals & Clinics and UI Stead Family Children’s Hospital, and neighborhood locations include Iowa River Landing in Coralville and River Crossing in Riverside.
In addition to providing medications to serve the pediatrics and women’s health practices offered at North Dodge, the North Dodge Pharmacy dispenses any medications ordered through UI Health Care Pharmacy Services. We are also offering telepharmacy services to our patients. Now you can speak with a pharmacist through video- conferencing, which provides quick access to your prescriptions and medication-counseling services.
