Nursing Evidence-Based Practice Survey©
The Nursing Evidence-Based Practice Survey was developed as a practice setting assessment for nursing perceptions and EBP culture. The questionnaire was updated in 2005 and again in 2019 to reflect implementation science developments and language. Psychometrics for the original version and the 2005 version have led to the creation of a 2019 version. Both the 2005 and 2019 versions are available for use. You can select the one that best matches your needs.
