The Advanced EBP Institute is an immersive, experience-centered program built on dynamic, active, and reflective learning. The purpose is to increase proficiency, master advanced skills for leading and integrating EBP, improve and sustain outcomes, and expand impact across populations and healthcare systems.
During this intensive program, internationally recognized EBP experts guide participants through practical, experiential learning, designed to build mastery in advanced EBP competencies and develop a strong peer learning network. Faculty will challenge traditional assumptions about the EBP process, introduce cutting-edge approaches, and push participants to think differently about EBP.
Participants will learn to lead teams in the adoption and integration of EBP as they navigate the most challenging steps of the EBP process and explore foundational principles for leveraging implementation science. Through transformational group discovery, as well as individualized or small-group consultation, they will gain deeper insight into EBP scholarship, strengthen leadership capabilities, and build the capacity needed to achieve and sustain improved outcomes to meet requirements for the Magnet Recognition Program© and accreditation from regulatory bodies such as The Joint Commission (TJC).
