About Atef Kotob
Atef Kotob, MD, is an emergency medicine and sports medicine physician who specializes in treating patients with acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions and injuries. He treats patients of all ages with sports and non-sports-related injuries and conditions. He is an expert in diagnostic ultrasound of the hand and upper extremities, as well as providing ultrasound guided injections.
Kotob received his medical degree and completed residency in Emergency Medicine at the University of Iowa. He also completed a fellowship in Primary Care Sports Medicine at the University of Iowa Health Care.
