The most rewarding part of my job is being able to work with my patients and my colleagues to solve the problem, get the questions answered, and help patients feel their best.
Liz Highland, ARNP, received her undergraduate degree from University of South Alabama. Liz began practice at University of Iowa Health Care in the Urgent Care setting where she treated a variety of medical conditions, illnesses, and injuries in adult and pediatric populations. Her experience in the walk-in, acute care setting included treatment of work injuries. She is Board-certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and is available to see employees for pre-placement and periodic employment physical exams, as well as treat work injuries.
