Rehabilitation may be initiated during the patient’s hospital stay and continue as an outpatient for prosthetic training with a new artificial limb. Therapists work closely with the local prosthetists to provide coordinated care. Our therapists provide care to restore mobility, decrease pain and swelling, and improve function.
