University of Iowa Health Care to open new family medicine clinic in Tiffin on Sept. 29

Residents of Tiffin and surrounding communities will soon have a new option for primary care closer to home. University of Iowa Health Care will open its new Tiffin family medicine clinic on Tuesday, Sept. 29.  

The new clinic is located on the northwest corner of Highway 6 and Kimberlite Street in Tiffin. It will feature 12 patient exam rooms, a procedure room, and clinical lab services. The clinic will be the only primary health care clinic currently operating in Tiffin, one of Iowa’s fastest growing communities, giving residents a local option for routine medical care.  

“Primary care services remain in high demand across Iowa, and the new Tiffin clinic is an important part of UI Health Care’s ongoing efforts to bring high-quality, routine care closer to the communities we serve,” says Jeffrey Quinlan, MD, chair and department executive officer of Family and Community Medicine for UI Health Care.

“Our providers are excited to care for patients of all ages – from newborns to grandparents -- offering comprehensive services ranging from prenatal and preventive care to chronic disease management and acute care.”

The clinic will house five clinical providers, including UI Health Care family medicine physician Stacie Kasper, DO, who has strong ties to the Tiffin community, and was designed with capacity to expand as Tiffin’s population and demand for health care services continue to grow.
