About Aly M. Fayed
What drives me every day is the opportunity to help people regain mobility, reduce pain, and return to the activities they love. Every patient I meet is more than a diagnosis; they’re a whole person with unique needs, goals, and stories. My philosophy of care is simple: I treat each individual as I would my own family—whether a parent, child, or close friend—with the same compassion, respect, and commitment I’d want for myself. Although I am a surgeon, surgery is frequently not the first choice. I prioritize evidence-based, nonoperative treatments whenever appropriate, and many times these approaches are enough to restore function and relieve pain. Every treatment plan is a shared decision between us. We work together to find the best path forward based on your goals, preferences, and the latest clinical evidence. I strive to deliver the highest level of care, always guided by empathy, evidence, and excellence. Whether it's a consultation, surgery, or ongoing support, my goal is to help patients move forward with confidence and comfort.
