About Ryan Kruse
Ryan Kruse, MD, is a sports medicine physician who specializes in treating patients with acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries and conditions including tendinopathy, osteoarthritis, and muscle injuries. He is an expert in treating these conditions through non-operative, ultrasound guided inventions, including regenerative medicine and micro-invasive tendon procedures.
He is actively involved in research involving platelet-rich plasma (PRP), platelet-poor plasma, and microfragmented adipose tissue (MFAT).
Kruse received his medical degree from St. George’s University, Grenada, West Indies, before completing his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. He completed a fellowship in Sports Medicine at University of Iowa Health Care in Iowa City, IA.
