Benjamin J Miller, MD, MS, is an orthopedic surgeon who specializes in cancer care and limb salvage surgery for sarcoma, metastatic bone disease, and benign bone and soft tissue tumors. He is an expert at treating these conditions through multidisciplinary tumor board, prosthetic and biologic reconstructive options, and a focus on individual goals of function and quality of life.

His research focuses on sarcoma registries, collaborative clinical research, wound healing complications, chondrosarcoma, osteosarcoma, Ewing's sarcoma, and outcome analysis in musculoskeletal tumors. He is currently leader of the Sarcoma Multidisciplinary Oncology Group. He has served as president of the Musculoskeletal Tumor Society (MSTS) and chair of the Musculoskeletal Tumor Registry.

Miller received his medical degree from the University of Iowa. He completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Rush-Presbyterian-St. Luke’s Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois and his orthopedic oncology fellowship at the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida.
