This facility houses a 33,000-square-foot primary care clinic with 41 clinical exam rooms and a lab, as well as the Department of Family and Community Medicine’s research, and administrative staff, and the Family Medicine Residency Program.

It is conveniently located minutes from Interstate 80 via exit 246 (IA-1/Dodge St/Mt Vernon) and is accessible via the Iowa City Area Transit bus line (route 7/North Dodge at the Highlander Hotel stop).
