Cassim Igram, MD is an orthopedic spine surgeon who specializes in treating patients with degenerative disorders of the spine, as well as spinal trauma, tumors, and infections. He is an expert at treating these conditions.

Great experience with Dr. Igram and the physical therapist. I was referred by a friend to Dr. Igram because I wasn't happy with the process at another facility. Dr. Igram and the PT took time to listen to my experience and concerns and explained my MRI, treatment, and what to expect while my back healed. I was really impressed with the North Liberty facility and the care I received!!!

Dr. Igram and his associate were great with explaining to me how my X-rays looked and they were happy with my recovery from surgery. They also showed great concern about another issue I had and were very explanatory about it. Dr. Igram also suggested I should be seen in Bone Health, I've already heard from the clinic and have an appointment scheduled to be seen there. Very happy with my appointment with Dr. Igram.

Dr Igram goes above and beyond regarding my health. He gave me hope with my condition and hasn't stopped in 4 years. He has my trust, when other Drs didn't. The orthopedic dept is the best.
