Honestly, seeing a kid’s face light up when they can see clearly for the first time. It never gets old. Helping kids and their families through tough moments is what makes it all worth it.

What inspires you to practice medicine?
For me, it’s always been about helping people in a real, hands-on way. Seeing the difference you can make in someone’s life—especially a child’s—is incredibly motivating.
