My favorite thing about my job is working with patients to help them attain their goals for a better quality of life, whether that be surgical or non-surgical approaches. I love getting to know my patients and being able to give a patient options tailored towards their specific diagnosis whether that be pelvic pain, endometriosis, fibroids, etc. The University of Iowa provides an amazing collaborative environment to help with unique patient problems and helps provide innovative treatments for patients all across the state of Iowa.
