Evidence-Based Practice (EBP) is highly valued by clinicians and requires strong organizational commitment to create the capacity needed to deliver evidence-based healthcare. An effective EBP training program is essential to developing that capacity and empowering frontline clinician to lead meaningful EBP improvements.
