Online EBP Course

This is a four-part user-friendly overview of evidence-based practice (EBP) as an online continuing education course for nurses.

Course includes:

What evidence-based practice is and why it's important to your setting.
How to use models, including the Iowa Model Revised: Evidence-Based Pracvtice to Promote Excellence in Health Care^©, to guide you through your evidence-based practice initiatives.
Strategies to test and sustain a practice change.
Leadership approaches for building a culture of inquiry in your setting where EBP will flourish.

Four contact hours will be granted by University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics, Department of Nursing (Iowa Board of Nursing Approved Provider #34). Participants must complete the entire course to receive full credit.
