Employee Screenings

Screening services, provided on-site for employees, include biometric screenings and personal health assessments. Choices include:

Well Check Lite

Includes Health Risk Assessment questionnaire, blood pressure check, and body composition check (weight, body mass index, lean/fat ratio).

Well Check

Includes all items in the Well Check Lite option plus a lipid panel screening (blood draw to test for triglycerides and cholesterol—total cholesterol, plus HDL (high-density lipoprotein), LDL (low-density lipoprotein), and VLDL (very low-density lipoprotein) cholesterol levels).

Well Check Plus

Includes Health Risk Assessment questionnaire, blood pressure check, body composition check (weight, body mass index, lean/fat ratio), and lipid panel screening, plus a glucose screening (blood sugar test from the same blood draw as lipid panel).

Outcomes

An important component of a comprehensive wellness program is understanding and managing the results. Outcomes provide an overall picture of your employees' health and can assist in planning and creating effective employee wellness initiatives and strategies for your company or organization. 

Aggregate biometric data reports can be tailored for employers to:
