Occupational Health Clinic
University of Iowa Health Care Occupational Health offers a comprehensive array of workers’ health services including work injury treatment, employee health services, and other specialty exams. Work-related drug screenings are only available at Occupational Health Clinics.
Contact Occupational Health to schedule an appointment. No walk-in appointments are available.
Documentation will be provided after each injury care visit outlining a treatment plan and work restrictions.
Walk-In Care
UI Health Care offers same-day care options for medical treatment.
Treats patients with minor illnesses and injuries, including injuries requiring X-rays, stitches, or IV fluids.
Treats injuries to the muscles, tendons, ligaments, or joints that have occurred within the last seven days.
This clinic is not available for second opinions, chronic pain, pain medication management, or routine post operative care.
Treats serious injuries or life-threatening conditions.
