About Denice Hodgson-Zingman
Denice Hodgson-Zingman, MD, is an adult cardiac electrophysiologist who specializes in treating patients with heart arrhythmias. She treats heart rhythm conditions, including atrial fibrillation (Afib), atrial flutter, ventricular tachycardia, supraventricular tachycardia, genetic cardiac disorders, central sleep apnea, and more. She is an expert at treating these conditions through minimally invasive cardiac ablations, implantable devices, and medications. Patients can be seen for consultations in person and via telemedicine.
She also leads a nationally recognized research team that studies cardiac metabolism, heart failure, arrhythmias, and the body’s overall balance of metabolism.
Dr. Hodgson-Zingman received her medical degree from Johns Hopkins University, before completing her residency at the University of Maryland Medical Center. She completed fellowships in cardiovascular disease and cardiac electrophysiology at the Mayo Clinic.
