Providing comprehensive, convenient care for Iowans
Our North Liberty campus will be home to our nationally ranked Department of Orthopedics and Rehabilitation, offering a full range of musculoskeletal care in one central location for a streamlined patient experience. This central location ensures easy access for all our patients and staff.
The North Liberty campus also will include a full-service Emergency Department to treat patients with all types of injuries and illnesses.
This state-of-the-art facility is designed to provide access and convenience for patients of all ages. This includes patients with acute injuries requiring emergency care, individuals seeking specialized treatment at our orthopedic walk-in clinic, and injured athletes in need of sports medicine expertise. Our orthopedics team will also provide surgical treatments and rehabilitation therapies at this location.
Additionally, we will offer orthopedic inpatient services, laboratory and imaging capabilities, medical equipment for purchase, and a 24-hour drive-thru pharmacy.
Hiring for all positions
Our North Liberty campus will be hiring for all positions—including nursing, respiratory therapy, imaging technicians, central sterilization services, environmental services, food and nutrition services, engineering services, safety and security, and more.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Some experience in an operating room (OR) setting
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to Stop the Line and advocate for patients, including situations where they cannot advocate for themselves
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Advanced critical thinking skills with the ability to apply clinical knowledge across diverse and evolving scenarios
- The ability to work effectively under high levels of stress
- Strong prioritization skills during emergent and rapidly changing situations
- A willingness to learn and adapt, particularly in hands-on environments involving advanced procedures and technical equipment
- A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work seamlessly within a multidisciplinary care team
