Stop by the Application Resource Center kiosk Monday through Friday from 10:00am – 4:00pm in the Fountain Lobby at UI Health Care Medical Center.

To get to the Fountain Lobby, enter the main entrance on level 1. Go to the Emergency Department doors at the end of the hallway and turn left toward the cafeteria. Fountain Lobby is on your left just past the Wild Rose Gift Shop.
