The Holden Comprehensive Cancer Center is working to discover more about the origins, prevention, development and treatment of cancer. We are focused on translating research advances in the laboratory to advances in patient care.

The Hardin Library for the Health Sciences houses a superb research collection of modern and historical works from the health sciences.

UI Health Care researchers actively participate in research projects with colleagues throughout the world. Many of the activities of our researchers are coordinated through the services of the Institute for Clinical and Translational Science.
